CITY, OK – Opportunity knocks for Oklahomans on Friday, May 21, as Workforce
Oklahoma and Tinker Air Force Base hold their 14th joint
job fair at the Reed Convention Center in Midwest City. This semi-annual event,
which runs from 10 am to 4 pm, is an opportunity for the unemployed and
underemployed to visit with business representatives from all over Oklahoma City
and explore exciting new career options. These
job fairs have consistently attracted high numbers of applicants in the past. In
fact, approximately 2,500 people attended the last event. With this job fair
being held at the new Reed Convention Center at 5800 Will Rogers Road,
attendance is expected to be even better this time. This event is open to the
public at no cost to them. ### |
